Capsule Inn Akihabara
  Akihabara. Also known as Akihabara Electric Town and sometimes shortened to Akiba by locals. The town began as a trading area, after the second war world, where many electric appliance stores gathered and sold their wares. This city area of Tokyo is under constant development. In the 1990's, the character of the town began to showcase computers and various electronic and digital devices for Internet technology.

Recently, there was the launch of new transportation route called Tsukuba Express Line in early 2005. The opening of the electronic appliance department store called Yodobashi Akiba recently occurred .... Akihabara is still aggressively changing, adapting to the times, and now giving many people all over the world the thrills and excitement of Anime and a place to buy all the products of the Otaku culture.

Otaku Culture - Definition
A Japanese word describing a person beyond the realm of fandom, a form of mania...Now the otaku have a relentless appetite for different types of digital culture products like anime (animation) manga (picture novels). playing video games and surfing the Internet.

So, Akihabara is a huge supermarket, with blocks and blocks of stores, maybe the biggest in the world, for all types of video games, computers, electronic devices and toys to keep the true 'otaku' content and satisfied.
